This production facility of 3,000 square meters prepares fresh and mixed salads as well as 100% organic hot and cold snack specialties.

Over 50 product references are now produced onsite with more than twenty raw ingredients that are cut, grated and cubed each day, then assembled and seasoned to create delicious salads and prepared dishes.

Gourmet and balanced recipes

The salads are made with quality ingredients for balanced and organic lunch breaks: chickpeas from the Southwest, PDO parmesan, egg pasta made in Alsace from French raw ingredients, PDO feta, fair trade quinoa from Bolivia, lemon juice from Italy.

Whenever possible, the BPC Kambio site in Saint-Chamond, located in the Loire region, privileges relationships with local and French organic producers and favors sourcing from suppliers that are within 100 km of the facilities.

37 employees work every day to offer premium fresh organic products.
