Compagnie Léa Nature History : how did this village of organic companies develop ?

Compagnie Léa Nature was born in 2000 from the vision of several pioneering and committed company founders. Other organic entrepreneurs have since joined Compagnie Léa Nature.
Through an ambitious industrial development program, over 100 million euros were invested in developing production and processing tools in France between 2017 and 2021. Thanks to these investments, Compagnie Léa Nature has secured a solid community-based presence at the regional level, ensuring know-how is preserved, offering local job opportunities, and contributing to food resilience in our country.

Today, Compagnie Léa Nature constitutes a large village of independent and family-owned Small and Medium Enterprises, dedicated to manufacturing natural and organic products.

Opening of the Jean et Lisette cookie factory, in Saint-Jean-D’Angély (17), with the participation of regional organic sector stakeholders : the CORAB – a regional cooperative of organic producers ; Bellot Minoteries, an independent mill in Poitou-Charentes for 10 generations ; Biocoop’s Défi-Bio, a network of specialized organic stores and Léa Nature. Construction of a 2,400 square meter production plant during 2017 with a projected start-up in April 2018.
