The Jarnoux group specializes in the manufacturing of buckwheat galettes, crêpes, pancakes, and blinis. It comprises 2 entities: Crêperie Jarnoux, providing fresh self-service products, and Le Monde des Crêpes, providing frozen foodservice products.
Today, the Jarnoux group is run by the founder’s children, Béatrice and Hugues JARNOUX, and by Hervé CORBIN, who remain the majority shareholders with 60% of the capital.

The group achieved sales of €47 million in 2022 and has a permanent staff of 220 employees.

Founded in 1982 by Bernard and Marie-Madeleine JARNOUX, Crêperie Jarnoux started out with fresh products and then diversified into frozen foods with the creation of Le Monde des Crêpes in 2007.

Les deux marques sont devenues les principaux acteurs sur leurs marchés respectifs. L’ensemble des produits est fabriqué sur un outil industriel très performant dans deux sites de production basés à Lamballe dans les Côtes d’Armor.

Shared values and commitments

A significant portion of the Jarnoux group’s activities is focused on the development of certified organic products: the company shares many common values and CSR commitments with Compagnie Léa Nature, by privileging local partnerships and the “made in France” label.
This company’s policy of purchasing 90% of its materials from local or national French suppliers, as well as its quality standards for this type of product, which is emblematic of the Breton know-how, attracted Compagnie Léa Nature who is seeking to establish beneficial synergies within its catering division.

Charles KLOBOUKOFF, Chairman and Founder of Compagnie Léa Nature, would like to thank the shareholders of the Jarnoux group for their trust, and is delighted to be part of the journey of this fine family business, which has navigated its diversification in foodservice and international markets while generating steady growth.

This has allowed Compagnie Léa Nature, which operates mainly in southeastern and southwestern France and in the north of the country, to develop its presence in Brittany.

The directors of the Jarnoux group are enthusiastic about joining the village of small and medium organic businesses constituted by Compagnie Léa Nature.

It is to be recalled that Charles KLOBOUKOFF, the CEO and principal shareholder of Compagnie Léa Nature, has committed to transferring the majority of the group that he founded to FICUS Fondaction, a shareholder endowment fund, to ensure the group’s long-term survival and independence while contributing to philanthropic causes.
