  • Amélie Fiessinger: Deputy Business Unit Director for International Development and Specialized Networks in France (formerly Export Director for Cosmetics).
  • Hanane Bourimi: Deputy Business Unit Director for Marketing Development, Product Strategy, Communications, and Global Digital. She remains Deputy CEO of BOHO GREEN.
  • Marianne Dupuch-Guillois: Deputy Business Unit Director for Retail Marketing and Performance Across all Networks (formerly Director of Retail Marketing for Supermarkets and Hypermarkets).

These three executives are in charge of the operational management of the Cosmetics Business Units in France and internationally, with the primary objective of leveraging the natural and organic cosmetics market, which is currently at a turning point. Charles Kloboukoff will oversee the validation of strategic orientations and major investments.

“I am convinced that these three deeply committed women who are recognized for their dedication, skills, and complementary strengths, have the know-how to promote efficiency, flexibility, and transformation within our organization as we face new challenges. I am fully confident Amélie, Hanane, and Marianne have the energy, expertise, and commitment to mobilize our teams and write a new chapter of successes for our Cosmetics Division.”

– Charles Kloboukoff, CEO and Managing Director of the Léa Cosmetics Division.

ORGANIC COSMETICS: the challenges and missions of the three new directors

  • Amélie Fiessinger is responsible for international sales and specialized networks in France, thanks to an enhanced framework for all brands. This includes the oversight of our Specialized Networks BU, Laboratoires Natescience. Supported by Natescience Sales Director, Élie Saad, she will build a structured framework of priorities for the development of pharmacies and organic stores.
  • Hanane Bourimi is responsible for the management and transformation of Hygiene-Beauty and Health Product Marketing, Communications, and Digital Development. While she has been a career business leader, she has also provided strategic advice to the Presidency. As a director, Hanane Bourimi is deeply committed to the environment, and her company, BOHO GREEN, was already a member of 1% for the Planet before joining Compagnie Léa Nature.
  • Marianne Dupuch-Guillois oversees all marketing and sales activities across all distribution channels in France. She also manages BtC e-commerce and Pure Players BtB teams. Consumer brand marketing is co-managed by Marianne Dupuch-Guillois and Georges Petit, Sales Director for Large Scale Retail. Personally-speaking, Marianne Dupuch-Guillois is also a member of Team for the Planet, a citizen initiative committed to finding solutions to climate change.

The governance of the Laboratoires Léa Cosmetics Production Unit remains unchanged. Thomas Cernek, Director of the Cosmetics Production Plant, and Michèle Simonneau, Director of Innovation and R&D, continue to report to Charles Kloboukoff.

The Léa Cosmetics Division accounts for 24% of Compagnie Léa Nature’s overall business and generated sales of €108 million in 2024. It includes the flagship brands SO BiO étic in supermarkets and Eau Thermale Jonzac in specialized networks.
